Roles & Responsibilities
· Ensure compliance with Health and Safety responsibilities.
· Establish and maintain Team spirit in area of responsibility.
· Ensure Quality and Quantity outputs are achieved.
· Comply with provided systems, practices, methods, standards and procedures.
· Optimal output within the area of responsibility is achieved.
· Provides for resources timely to enable direct task execution.
· Ensure effective communication is established and maintained.
Minimum requirements
Minimum Requirements:
· Grade 10 or Abet 3
· Blasting Certificate.
· Previous mining related experience.
· Language Proficiency.
· Medical Certificate of Fitness.
· First Aid Certificate.
All shortlisted candidates will be subjected to Psychometric evaluation.
ADVANTAGES
