·       To utilize his/her skills and knowledge within the Health Services and ensure the provision of Professional nursing care within the scope of practice of a professional person who is registered under the Nursing Act of 2005 as amended, and in line with the Harmony Health Strategy. 

·       Comply with other relevant legislation and best practice principles and to ensure the quality and quantity of work as a priority.

·       Provide a quality Client Care Services by assessing client health profile, planning, managing and evaluating the nursing care plans and ensure appropriate referrals

·       Ensure effective Acute and Chronic disease management

·       Infection Control and Waste management

·       Supervision of subordinates, monitor their performance and conduct workplace training.

·       General Nursing Administration and Cost Control

·       To ensure that Mine Health and Safety accountabilities are complied with.

·       Align self and sub-ordinates to the Pro-active Health Care strategy, Company values and code of conduct

·       Participate in the Internal and external audits
