Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Report to the Training & Development Manager Engineering
· Complete the Harmony Junior Engineers Development Programme within a set time frame.
· Equip yourself with the knowledge and skills as well as the technical proficiency to obtain the Government Certificate of Competency.
· Maintain a healthy relationship with the training team
· Work independently.
Minimum requirements
· A degree or diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
· A letter from an accredited service provider/ institution stating that all required subjects for acceptance for GCC Mines and Works by the DMR has been acquired.
· Engineering background will be advantageous
· Good interpersonal & communication skills.
· English proficiency
· Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
· Code B driver’s license
· Medical Certificate of Fitness
