- Ø Be able to fulfil required roles and responsibilities as per skills (novice/ex miner).

- Ø Ensure compliance with Health and Safety responsibilities.
- Ø Comply with provided rules, systems, practices, methods, standards and procedures of the Company.
- Ø Ensure and maintain effective communication.
- Ø Ensure that the objectives and targets for the shift is achieved.

Minimum requirements
- · The age limit will be 35 years for novices and 45 years for skilled candidates
- · Grade 12 certificate and reference to the High School attended
- · Ex miners: Valid Certificates of competence as per skill and record of service
- · Must be a local citizen from your Region
- · Letter from your ward councillor stating ward number /district
- · Must be South African Citizen with valid proof of identity
- · Water and light account as proof of residence/address verification cert from CES
- · Proficient in English speaking
- · Ability to pass an underground Certificate of Fitness
- · Need to pass Security Screening (No fraud, theft or violence)
The following documentation need to be attached to your application:
Ø Signed CV (by CES)
Ø Address verification certificate or letter signed by the recognized community engagement structure, ward councillors or Traditional Council
Ø ID copy
Ø Highest Education or any other qualification certificates / degrees
Ø Other Skills training certificates (in the case of ex miners)
